Conditions for making voluntary contributions
Public offer of the NGO “FACE TO FACE“
1. General provisions
These Terms of making voluntary contributions (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) determine the procedure for making voluntary contributions by individuals and legal entities to support the activities of the Public Organization “FACE TO FACE” (hereinafter referred to as the Organization).
The public organization “FACE TO FACE” is a voluntary, independent, non-state and non-profit public association, which carries out activities in accordance with its Charter and current legislation of Ukraine.
The purpose of the Organization’s activity is to promote the strengthening of democracy in Ukraine and the development of civil society, as well as the satisfaction and protection of legitimate social, economic, environmental, creative, age-related, national-cultural and other common interests of members of the Organization and citizens.
These Terms are a public offer of the Organization to make a voluntary contribution to support its statutory activities.
2. Terms and definitions
The following terms are used in these Terms:
The organization is the NGO “FACE TO FACE”.
Voluntary contribution – funds that an individual or legal entity voluntarily transfers to the Organization without receiving goods, works or services from the Organization as a direct consideration.
Contributor is a natural or legal person,
which makes a voluntary contribution to support the activities of the Organization.

Payment service — a payment system or other service, with the help of which funds are transferred to the benefit of the Organization.
3. Subject of voluntary contribution
3.1. The contributor voluntarily makes a voluntary contribution to support the statutory activities of the NGO “FACE TO FACE”.
3.2. Voluntary contribution is not payment for goods, works or services and does not provide the Contributor with property or other compensation from the Organization.
3.3. The size of the voluntary contribution is determined by the Contributor independently within the technical capabilities of the corresponding payment service.
3.4. Contribution is voluntary and is carried out without coercion.
4. Use of voluntary contributions
4.1. Funds received by the Organization are used in accordance with its Statute, the legislation of Ukraine, and defined statutory goals and objectives.
4.2. Voluntary contributions can be directed to the implementation of public, social, educational, educational, humanitarian, human rights and other initiatives and activities, corresponding to the Organization’s statutory activities.
4.3. In particular, the resources of the Organization can be used to support people and communities, implement projects, conduct events, provide information and educational activities, develop civic activity, as well as other areas provided for by the Charter.
4.4. If the Contributor has not determined the specific purpose of the contribution, the Organization independently determines the direction of its use in accordance with its statutory goals and current needs.
4.5. The organization does not use the received funds to distribute profits among its members, founders, officials or other related persons, except for the cases and payments directly provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
5. The procedure for making a voluntary contribution
5.1. Voluntary contribution can be made using the payment tools available on the Site, in particular through the LiqPay payment service.
5.2. To make a payment, the Contributor independently chooses the amount of the contribution and the available payment method.
5.3. Before making a payment, the Contributor is advised to familiarize himself with these Terms and the Organization’s Privacy Policy.
5.4. The payment is considered to have been made after confirmation of its successful completion by the relevant payment service and crediting of the Organization’s funds.
5.5. The organization does not store bank card data of Contributors, unless otherwise expressly provided by the functionality of the corresponding payment service. Processing of payment data is carried out in accordance with the rules and policies of the relevant payment service.
6. Confirmation of voluntary contribution
By making a voluntary contribution through the Site, the Contributor confirms that:
acts voluntarily;
read these Terms and Conditions;
understands that the contribution is not payment for goods or services;
agrees with the use of the contribution in accordance with the statutory goals of the Organization;
provides reliable information necessary to make the payment.
Making a payment through the appropriate payment form is confirmation of acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in the part related to making a voluntary contribution.
7. Refunds
7.1. Voluntary contribution is made at the Contributor’s own will.
7.2. In the event of an erroneous payment, technical error or other justified reason for refund, the Contributor may contact the Organization at the email address:

It is desirable to indicate in the application:
date and amount of payment;
payment method;
data necessary for payment identification;
the reason for requesting a refund.
7.3. The issue of refund is considered by the Organization taking into account the circumstances of the payment, the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine and the technical capabilities of the payment service.
7.4. If the refund is made through a payment service, it may take place in accordance with the rules and technical procedures of such service.
8. Personal data
8.1. When making a voluntary contribution, personal data of the Contributor may be processed to the extent necessary for making the payment, its accounting, communication with the Contributor and compliance with the requirements of the law.
8.2. Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy of the NGO “FACE TO FACE” and the legislation of Ukraine.
8.3. Payment data entered directly on the side of the payment service is processed by the relevant payment service in accordance with its rules and privacy policy.
9. Rights and obligations of the Organization
The organization has the right to:
use the received voluntary contributions in accordance with the Statute and legislation of Ukraine;
determine the priority directions for the use of unspecified targeted contributions;
receive the necessary information for payment confirmation and accounting;
modify these Terms in accordance with the procedure defined by them.
The organization undertakes:
use the received funds in accordance with the statutory goals and legislation of Ukraine;
keep proper records of received funds;
ensure the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the law;
to provide information about their activities within the limits provided by the legislation and the Statute.
10. Rights of the Contributor
The contributor has the right to:
independently determine the size of the voluntary contribution;
receive information about the Organization’s activities in open information resources;
contact the Organization regarding the payment made;
ask questions about the use of voluntary contributions;
to exercise other rights provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
11. Responsibility of the parties
11.1. The parties are responsible in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
11.2. The Organization is not responsible for the impossibility of making a payment, if such impossibility arose as a result of the operation of the bank, payment system, telecommunications operator, technical failures or other circumstances beyond the control of the Organization.
11.3. The organization is not responsible for the accuracy of the data independently entered by the Contributor during payment.
12. Intellectual property
Information materials, texts, photos, graphic materials, logo and other content posted on the Site may be objects of intellectual property rights.
Their use is carried out in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and the conditions defined by the rights holders.
13. Changes to the Terms
13.1. The organization has the right to make changes to these Terms in case of changes in legislation, methods of accepting payments, functionality of the Site or other circumstances affecting the procedure for making voluntary contributions.
13.2. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is published on the official website of the Organization.
13.3. Before making a voluntary contribution, the Contributor is advised to familiarize himself with the current version of the Terms and Conditions.
14. Final provisions
14.1. These Terms are governed by the legislation of Ukraine.
14.2. All issues not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine and the Charter of the NGO “FACE TO FACE”.
14.3. If a separate provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
14.4. By making a voluntary contribution, the Contributor confirms that he has read these Terms and understands their content.
