VICH NA VICH is a public organization that unites people around common values, a desire for change, and the desire to build a society in which the rights, freedoms, and dignity of every person matter.
We believe that a strong society begins not with loud declarations, but with people who are ready to see each other, hear, support and act together.
That is why our name is “FACE TO FACE“.
Because real changes begin when we stop being just statistics, a problem or an abstract “category of the population” and see a person in front of us.
What we work for
The main goal of the NGO “FACE TO FACE” is to contribute to the strengthening of democracy in Ukraine and the development of civil society, to protect the legal rights and interests of people and to create opportunities for their active participation in society.
We strive for people to know their rights, to have the opportunity to protect them,
received the necessary support and were able to influence changes in their communities.
For us, the development of civil society is not an abstract concept.
This is an opportunity for a person to be heard.
This is the right to know and defend one’s rights.
This is a responsibility for the community in which we live.
It is a willingness to help those who need support.
And this is the ability to unite for a common goal.
Our principles
In its activities, the NGO “FACE TO FACE” is guided by the principles of legality, humanity, equality, voluntariness, transparency and self-government.
Man in the center
We respect the dignity, rights and freedoms of every person regardless of their age, status or life circumstances.
Equality
We believe that participation in society and access to opportunities should not depend on social status or other circumstances that do not determine a person’s worth.
Responsibility
Civil society begins where people are ready not only to expect change, but also to participate in its creation.
Openness
We strive to act transparently, communicate openly and build cooperation based on trust.
Interaction
We are not limited to our own resources. To achieve its goals, the Organization can cooperate with public associations, enterprises, institutions, organizations, including international ones.
What we do
NGO “FACE TO FACE” works in a wide range of directions defined by the Statute.
We protect rights and freedoms
We promote the observance of constitutional rights and freedoms of a person and citizen, the development of the rule of law, the establishment of the rule of law and the protection of the legitimate interests of people.
We are developing civil society
We support civic activism, people’s participation in public life, and initiatives that contribute to the development of democratic Ukraine.
We support people and communities
The organization works on social, humanitarian and other initiatives aimed at supporting people and community development.
We create educational and educational opportunities
We can organize educational, informational, cultural and educational events, spread knowledge and create a space for sharing experiences.
We promote development and self-realization
Supporting a person is not only help in a difficult moment. It is also an opportunity to learn, develop, implement your own ideas and be an active member of society.
We combine resources
We are open to cooperation with volunteers, experts, public organizations, institutions, business and international partners, if such cooperation helps to achieve the statutory goal.
