Project Reporting is the systematic presentation of progress, resource utilization, and project outcomes. It ensures control over task execution, adherence to deadlines, and the targeted use of funds, while enabling partners, donors, and the community to evaluate achieved results.

The NGO “FACE TO FACE” has a range of planned projects aimed at community development, supporting people, and creating new opportunities.

Currently, the first completed milestone has been leasing and executing a capital renovation of premises using our own funds. The space is being prepared to house and operationalize a community HUB—an open environment for realizing social, educational, cultural, and other civic initiatives.

This project marks an important starting point for us: even before securing external funding, we invested our own resources to establish a physical foundation for our future operations.

Our other projects remain in the preparation stage, actively seeking resources and partners. Step by step, we are moving our planned ideas off paper and into practical execution.
