Reporting

Reporting on Military Assistance is a transparent record of funds, property, and resources transferred for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, confirming the targeted use of aid, compliance with legal requirements, and the openness of the NGO “FACE TO FACE” before the community and partners.

Trust is not granted alongside an official stamp. It must be earned—and proven daily through actions.

When it comes to defense, every hryvnia, every donated item, every agreement, and every result matters. That is why reporting for us is not a mere formality or a box to check. It is our accountability to the people who entrust us with their funds, resources, and support.

We strive to be open about what we have received, where it was directed, to whom it was transferred, and what was achieved. Wherever it is possible to disclose details without endangering the security of service members and their units, we will do so.

Because transparency is not a weakness.

Transparency is the discipline of those who have nothing to hide.

At the same time, war has its own rules. Not everything can be photographed, named, published, or shown in real time. Sometimes the most responsible report is silence regarding details that could harm those we are trying to help.

Therefore, we will combine maximum openness with maximum caution whenever safety requires it.

And now, about what does not always make it into official reports.

Our team has already accomplished a great deal—far more than we have had time to share.

We did it not for the cameras, not for likes, and not for a polished line in a presentation.

Simply because doing otherwise was not an option.

We are not in the habit of putting every good deed on display or speaking louder about ourselves than necessary. If we can help, we simply step up and do it.

Without fanfare. Without self-praise. Without turning someone else’s hardship into a stage performance.

However, the time has come to share at least a portion of what has been accomplished.

Below, we will gradually publish photo and video reports, confirmation of delivered assistance, and feedback and letters of appreciation from the service members and units we have supported.

Not to say, “Look at how great we are.”

Rather, to ensure that everyone who trusted us with their support knows that it did not disappear into thin air. It reached the hands that needed it most.

Because genuine reporting is not about stacks of paper.

It is proof that the promise “we will help” was once turned into action.

It seems we can’t find what you’re looking for. Perhaps searching can help.
