Today, the team of the NGO “FACE TO FACE” is a cohesive group of competent specialists with hands-on experience in various fields, brought together by the shared drive to fulfill the organization’s charter goals.

– **President** — Olena Mykolayivna Yavorska, an entrepreneur with 20 years of experience across various business sectors.
– **Vice President** — Mykola Kuzmych Hupalo, an experienced civic activist and the team’s visionary leader.
– **Director** — Yurii Oleksandrovych Alokhin, a seasoned executive who has held leadership roles in business and commercial enterprises for over 30 years.
– **Chief Accountant** — Maya Mykolayivna Zaikina, a finance specialist with extensive experience in banking and 24 years of expertise in accounting.
– **IT Specialist** — Tetyana Tapero, an expert who has been independently designing exceptional websites for many years, continuously growing and refining her skills alongside technological advancement.

Our team initiated its active operations on June 26, 2026, and remains open to impactful collaboration, acting strictly in the interests of the Ukrainian people.

We intend to expand the circle of participants within our community significantly, as a strong, proactive, and united network is the bedrock of effective work. By welcoming new people—their knowledge, experience, initiative, and energy—we build a powerful environment for joint action, mutual support, and meaningful impact.
